Aftermath humbuckers are hand-wound by Bare Knuckle to deliver a fast bass response and a focused midrange. They send your jackhammer riffing and single-note lines out of your rig with the utmost clarity and power. On top of that, the RGD71ALPA boasts a coil tap switch that unlocks a wide range of single-coil tones.

Super-fast Nitro Wizard neck

The Nitro Wizard-7 neck is one of Ibanez’s fastest and slickest necks to date. Built to enable blistering speed while providing comfort, it has a 5-piece panga panga/walnut construction and a satin finish that won’t get sticky or hard to play during long sessions. The slim carve enables you to pull off intense lead lines with ease, but still gives you enough substance to comfortably fret chords. More resonance, better articulation

The RGD71ALPA features Ibanez’s Mono-rail bridge, which uses a single bridge piece for each individual string. This provides tighter component coupling and improves the transfer of string vibrations to the tonewood for a purer, more resonant sound. Additionally, it prevents the vibration of strings from impacting each other, which can increase articulation.
